The biological treatment options that can be applied for domestic wastewater treatment are activated sludge, sequential batch reactor (AKR – SBR), Long Aeration Activated Sludge (UHAÇ), Trickling Filter, Rotary Biodisc. Values that require advanced biological treatment removal (Nitrogen and phosphorus removal sensitive points) are also obtained such as Bardenpho, A/O, A2/O.
